Danielle supports customers with all aspects of their everyday banking needs, from opening accounts to providing full-service assistance. She brings two years of banking experience and a strong foundation in communication, accuracy, and trust-building from her previous career in nursing.

She enjoys that every customer interaction is different and values the chance to build long-term relationships by understanding each person’s goals and recommending solutions that truly fit. Danielle is motivated by knowing her work makes a meaningful difference.

Outside the bank, she stays active with running, reading, weekend getaways, rollerblading, ice skating, snowboarding, and tennis. A farm girl at heart, she credits her upbringing for her strong work ethic and down‑to‑earth approach.

Amanda Knudtson

Amanda joined Citizens First Bank after more than two decades in customer focused roles, bringing extensive experience handling money and helping people navigate everyday transactions in a fast paced retail and online ordering environment. New to banking and already thriving, she enjoys supporting customers with their daily financial needs and values the trust they place in her when they share their stories.
She approaches service with empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in getting to know the people she helps. Motivated by the desire to feel proud of her work, Amanda strives to make each interaction meaningful and welcoming. Outside the bank, she spends her time with friends, family, and her furbabies, and enjoys sewing, baking, and traveling. Her favorite trips—whether to Disney World, Mexico, or even skydiving—reflect her love of memorable experiences and a willingness to try something new.

As a Personal Banker, she helps individuals and families make the most of their financial journey. Casey is known for her friendly demeanor, her commitment to the Trempealeau community, and her love of dogs - ask her about them and you’ll see her light up.

Shelly Schweiger

With more than 20 years of experience across banking and real estate, Shelly serves customers as a Universal Banker, specializing in new accounts and everyday banking needs. Since joining Citizens First Bank over six years ago she’s helped individuals and families select the right products, manage transactions, and move toward their goals with clarity and confidence. A Viola‑area resident since 1988, Shelly is deeply involved in local life through the Viola Horse and Colt Show, the Viola Sesquicentennial committee, Viola United Methodist Church (Sunday School), the Bloom City Church and Cemetery Boards, Richland County Beef Producers, Neighborhood Housing Services, the Richland County Meat Animal Sale Committee, and 4‑H (Viola Busy Beavers and Sabin Livewires). She brings a welcoming, efficient approach rooted in the values of Citizens First Bank.

Diane

Diane serves as VP, Operations Supervisor and Assistant BSA Officer, bringing 20 years of dedicated experience at Citizens First Bank. Her expertise in ACH, wires, and fraud prevention plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and secure operations.
A lifelong resident of the area, Diane is motivated by helping customers - especially when guiding them through fraud-related concerns. Her customer‑first mindset is at the heart of her work.
Outside the bank, Diane enjoys spending time with her family and animals, especially her labs. She loves being outdoors, whether hiking, gardening, or simply enjoying time with her dogs. Her children and grandchildren are her greatest joy and inspiration.
