We’ve been working hard to make your Internet banking experience easier. We have rebuilt our Internet banking service as well as our Bill Payment service.
If you are not a Citizens First Bank customer, click here to make the switch in just 15 minutes.
If you are a current customer, you’ll begin receiving improved online banking services on December 7, 2015.
When you visit our new Internet banking website you’ll need to follow a few simple steps before enjoying improved online services.
- USER ID
Your existing Access ID (User ID) will be converted to the new system, but will be converted in all lowercase with any spaces removed. Click on Access ID field and enter your existing Access ID in all lowercase, then click Submit.
Your password will not be converted to the new system. Please use the letters ‘cfb’ followed by the last four digits of your social security number as your temporary password. Once you have entered your temporary password click Submit.
• Next, you will be creating a new password. Re-enter ‘cfb’ followed by the last four digits of your social security number in the current password field and enter a new password in the new password and confirm password field.
• Your password must be 8-17 characters in length and must contain at least (1) uppercase letter, (1) lowercase letter, (1) special character, and (1) numeric digit. Once complete click Submit.
- SECURITY VERIFICATIONS
We’re confident in the security of our Internet site, but taking the time to personalize your security verifications is even better. You will be prompted to enter an Authentication Pass Phrase and Challenge Questions and Answers. Please enter this information and click Submit.
- ESTATEMENT ENROLLMENT
Once you enroll in eStatements, you’ll be able to view, save or print your statement. First, choose the account for which you’d like to receive an eStatement (once you enroll in eStatements, you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail). Click on the Electronic Statement Terms and Conditions, read them, and note the confirmation code at the bottom of the statement. Enter the code in the Confirmation Code space provided, click on the box agreeing to the terms and conditions, and click Accept.
Once you’ve completed these steps, you’re ready to go. Take a moment to explore the other new services this upgrade gives you.
